Gregory L. Newell - Founder, President & Chief Conceptualizer Officer  

Greg is a Marine Corps Infantry veteran with 20 years of Georgia law enforcement experience, including 4 years with a DEA Task Force. He founded and operated a full-service security company for 20 years, providing armed and unarmed security services nationally and internationally, including operations throughout West Africa. With over 20 years of inventing experience and a lifelong passion for engineering and design, Greg combines tactical expertise, operational leadership, and entrepreneurial experience to develop breakthrough AR and AI technologies. His real-world background in security, law enforcement, and international operations drives the practical application and market relevance of every concept developed at Limitless Concepts7.  

William "Bill" Allen - Chief Executive Officer & Managing Member  

Bill brings over 30 years of Fortune 100 experience spanning manufacturing management, logistics and supply chain operations, and human resources leadership across international markets including Europe, Africa, South and Central America, Mexico, and Asia. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Virginia State University and completed advanced MBA studies in Management at Fordham University. As CEO, Bill leads strategic planning, operational management, and high-level partnership development for LC7. His proven track record in business development, international operations, and go-to-market execution drives the company's licensing strategy and partnership negotiations with defense contractors, technology companies, and commercial partners.  

Latisha Rodgers - Director of Strategic Partnerships  

Latisha brings extensive strategic HR and business partnership experience, currently serving as People Business Partner at ThredUp and previously as HR Business Partner at Vulcan Materials Company where she partnered with executive leadership to manage 900+ employees. She holds dual bachelor's degrees in Business Administration (Illinois State University) and Human Resource Management (Southern New Hampshire University). With a proven track record in strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, executive presentations, and data-driven decision making, Latisha leads patent presentations and licensing relationship management for LC7. She serves as the primary point of contact for all licensed partners and prospects, specializing in presenting our patent portfolio to defense contractors, technology companies, and commercial partners while translating complex technical innovations into compelling business opportunities.
